eat the dragon

What’s the likelihood that the issue of kids not eating, or wanting to eat, their vegetables is because of their name. I mean, really, which would you rather eat: Brussles sprouts or Fruity Pebbles? Lentils or Goldfish?
The other day Eleanor came home from school and requested carrots dragon for a snack. I was confused, until I realized what she was asking for: the dragon carrots we bought at the Farmers’ market a couple of days before. Dragon carrots have a beautiful red exterior, and typical orange interior, but with the same flavor of a regular carrot (a deliciously sweet carrot). But they’re not just carrots…they are dragon carrots.

What kid wouldn’t like eating one of those?
